Each week, we welcome you at our stand filled with a beautiful diversity of farm products, featuring well-loved classics and more unexpected varieties! Fruiting vegetables, root vegetables, leafy greens, fresh herbs, and microgreens are always available at our stand—sometimes even complemented by fruits! On site, you freely build your basket. We simply deduct the total of your purchases from your subscription balance—just like having a customer account with us. There’s nothing for you to manage! Going on vacation or have an unexpected situation? No stress! If you don’t stop by the mini market, your balance remains untouched! The subscription is even more flexible, as you can share it with a loved one and use it at our other markets as well (Pointe-aux-Trembles Market, Petite-Patrie Market, and at the Farm)!

Financial Partner

This means completing full payment for your subscription according to the payment schedule selected at the time of registration. By doing so, you support us during a time of year when expenses are high (seeds, equipment, supplies). Thank you for your trust! The only rule: your entire balance must be used before the end of the season. Any unused amount after the final delivery unfortunately cannot be carried over to the following season.

Bags and Containers

For environmental reasons, please help us reduce packaging by bringing your own bags and containers to collect your vegetables.

 

Newsletter

By subscribing with us, you agree to be added to our newsletter mailing list. This is our primary method of communication, and you may unsubscribe at any time via the newsletter email.

Mandatory Membership Fee to the Réseau des fermier(ère)s de famille (RFF)

The annual $28 membership fee to the RFF is mandatory and allows you to become a citizen member. This contribution enables the organization to continue developing community-supported agriculture and education around food resilience issues. In the event of withdrawal or cancellation after the first delivery, the subscriber is deemed to have benefited from the services of the RFF. As a result, the annual membership fee is considered fully earned and non-refundable. The RFF cannot be held responsible for this contract signed between the farm and the subscriber.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please note that the RFF membership fee is non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must notify us by email at: info@fermelarosace.com. If a subscriber cancels before the start date of deliveries, a refund will be issued. A $50 administrative fee will be deducted. If cancellation is requested after deliveries have begun, a refund of the remaining balance on the account will be issued, minus the $50 fee. Please note that refunds can no longer be requested after June 30. Refunds will be issued via Interac e-transfer.
